Return & Refund Policy

At RareForm, we want to ensure you receive your supplements in perfect condition. Please review our policy below regarding returns, damages, and refunds.

Return Window

We have a 60-day return policy for damaged or defective items, which means you have 90 days after receiving your item to request a return or refund.

  • For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.

To be eligible for a refund or replacement due to damage/defect:

  • You must contact us at hello@tryrareform.com within the 60-day window.

  • Required Evidence: You must include photographs of the product and a brief explanation of the problem. We cannot process a claim without photographic evidence.

If your claim is approved, we will provide a replacement free of charge or issue a refund.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Because our products are made-to-order supplements, we generally do not accept returns for Buyer's Remorse (e.g., you changed your mind, ordered the wrong size/flavor, or prefer a different product).

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Wrong Address or Unclaimed Packages

  • Wrong Address: If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.

  • Unclaimed: Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility. You will be liable for the cost of a reshipment.

  • Uncollected FedEx Deliveries: If an order is shipped via FedEx and is not delivered due to the recipient being unreachable, refusing the package, or failing to pay import duties, the shipment may be abandoned. In such cases, we are unable to offer a refund or replacement.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Please Note: To exercise your right to cancel or return under the EU 14-day cooling-off period, it is your responsibility to accept delivery of the goods. Failure to do so does not constitute a valid cancellation and may result in the loss of your right to a refund.

How to Start a Return

To start a return or file a claim for damage, contact us at hello@tryrareform.com.

If your return is accepted (for example, in cases of verified damage where we request the item back), we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return or reviewed your photographic claim, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.

  • If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

  • If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at hello@tryrareform.com.
