Shipping Policy

At RareForm, we are dedicated to delivering your supplements efficiently and reliably. Please review our shipping policy below for information regarding processing times, delivery estimates, and international shipping details.

Where We Ship

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, and New Zealand.

Order Processing

All orders are processed and fulfilled before they are shipped.

  • Processing Time: Please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be prepared, packed, and handed over to the carrier.

  • Orders are not processed on weekends or major holidays.

  • Once your order has been processed and the label created, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.

Once your order has left our US fulfillment center, the following estimated delivery times apply. Please note that these are estimates provided by the carriers and do not account for potential customs delays.

Note: Transit times are in addition to the 1-3 day processing time.

International Taxes, Duties, and Customs

For our customers in Canada, the UK, Australia, and New Zealand:

Import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are not included in the product price or shipping and handling cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility as we are only charging the transportation fee for your order.

  • Payment: You may be required to pay these fees upon delivery or before the carrier releases your package.

  • Delays: Customs clearance procedures can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates. RareForm has no control over these delays.

  • Refusals: If you refuse a shipment because of unexpected import fees, the cost of the original shipping, any brokerage/customs/duty/taxes, and any return shipping charges will not be refunded.

Order Tracking

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed. When your order is processed and ships, you will receive a second email containing your tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update on the carrier's website.

Wrong Address Disclaimer

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the shipping address is entered correctly. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping times, so there is a very small time gap to cancel/change your order.

If you decide to change your shipping address, please write to us at hello@tryrareform.com as soon as you place your order. We will do our best to make the change; however, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so. If the package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we can reship it to the correct address, but additional shipping fees may apply.
